[ Artilon ]

Artilon is a closed cell, chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam available in roll or sheet form. Superior mechanical and physical properties make Artilon sutable for low water absorption, hermal and chemical insulation, shock absorption, buoyancy and cushioning. Fire retardant grades are available for specification requirements of MVSS 302 and UL 94HF. Artilon is ideal for applications in construction, automotive insulation, specialized packaging and sporting goods.

[ YOUNGBOARD ]

YOUNGBOARD is a chemically cross-linked polyolefin foam with a super fine, closed cell structure. As implied in our registered name, YOUNGBOARD is produced in bun form. It offers excellent cushioning, elastic and insulation properties, along with a variety of striking colors and aesthetic appearance. YOUNGBOARD fire retardant
grades are also available in approved UL 94HF and MVSS 302 specification.
Commonly chosen for applications in toys, specialty packaging, flotation devices and sporting goods.

[ EPilon ]

EPilon is a cross-linked polyethylene or polypropylene foam manufactured in a continuous sheet (roll stock). Cross -linking of EPilon is achieved by high voltage irradiation process, resulting in an extremely fine, even cell structure.
EPilon provides a smooth aesthetic feel with excellent mechanical and physical properties. A selection of foam approved for MVSS 302 and UL 94HF is also available. EPilon is versatile in a wide range of industries especially in automotive and medical industries.
